Reef Endurance Calcium Reactor Media, 16kg

A box containing four 4kg bags (totaling 16kg) of small or large granule aragonite media sourced from sustainably harvested fossil corals. 

Small grain size is 3-4mm.

Large grain size: 4-6mm.

Replenishes Calcium, Carbonate Alkalinity, and Essential Trace Elements

Reef Endurance calcium reactor media is natural aragonite rubble from sustainably harvested fossil corals, collected and cleaned for use as the sole media for calcium reactors to support rapid coral growth. Small 3-4mm rubble is the ideal grain size for small calcium reactors and a second media chamber for post-calcium reactor pH buffering. Large 4-6mm rubble is the perfect grain size to prevent compacting and channeling making it an ideal media for all calcium reactors. Available in small 3-4mm and large 4-6mm grain sizes.

User Instructions

Rince with RO water and add media to the calcium reactor according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The pH melting point is around 6.7/6.8. Top off the reactor with media, as needed.
